Hi,

In maya all the models is built up of a mesh of When you have finised modelinging a model in maya you might want to texture the model. To do this you must unwrap the Think of it like pealing an orange and flattening out the shell. In maya you do this by different projections, like cylindrical and spherical projections. And you end up with a 2d version of the mesh, that you can bring into photoshop and paint on to create a texture.
In the character section at you can find a tutorial that shows you to do just this. I belive its the second tutorial from the top. You will find me In the forum on that site to if ou want to ask more questions about maya. I am always happy to help.

If compatible with the old one, you might get away with just replacing the motor, fan, and light fixture.
Those are all you really need to replace.
If not compatible, have to replace the whole box.

This is NOT the answer you want, but it may be necessary to choose another type of plant.

There are many beautiful plants from which to choose. I understand why a plant may be desirable. For sentimental reasons, I have favorites. But reality being what it is, specific plants need specific growing environments. Good Luck.

well it varies with everybody, some people can wait a week while others have to wait three to four months.
I would suggest subbing Vitamin E cream/oil on your ears to keep them ready to stretch.
You can try to put some lubricant on your gauges to get them through easier.
Also, my reccomendation would be to use glass. Not only do they work better, but I think they make your ears stank a lot less than acrylic

You would probably get a better answer in the Camcorder category. The quality of your video is dependent on your camera. Storing it on your memory card and saving it to your computer does not degrade the quality of your video. Your post processing, video editing, probably has more to do with the quality of the video than its storage. I would hold off on buying the capture card until I knew of something that it would do for me that I cannot do some other cheaper way.

Beginner is a relation to your wallet only. Most are excellent gear, have a few functions less, lower AF accuracy and minor details, most have crappy plastic lenses. Note that Nikon crappy dinky toy lenses do hell of a good job in picture quality.

So, consider that none of those beginner models do more then high end models for normal current photography. If your goal is ease of use and in studio, and special photographic skills, go for a few bucks more.

No Canon Digital EOS has a dedicated assist lamp, not even the 1D-series, which is rather annoying.

At least with the 1100D you have the pop up flash that can be used as an AF-assist (this an option that the full frame EOS cameras have). In low light you need to pop the flash up, halfpress the shutter to get the camera to AF, then lower the flash again before shooting if you want AF assist but no flash.

If you want a dedicated assist beam, you will require either a flashgun or a ST-E2 transmitter.

Buy the best you can afford but remember that the lens (and the photographer) that makes the photo and can cost much more than the camera. I have many EOS bodies and a selection of lenses built up over many years.

Well EDWIN, lenses with similar focal length have similar magnification, but may cover different angles of view depending on whether or not they are symmetrical, asymmetrical or rectilinear; or square vs rectangular. That being said, you could use any of the terms interchangeably – Equivalent Magnification too helpful (we tend to thing of "magnification" as meaning to make larger); "angle of view" is probably a bit more arcane than "focal length" and really add anything to the meaning.

Does it matter? Probably – I think it is valuable to have a standard against which to compare things, and I like to know what to expect when I buy a lens of a length how it will behave on my various cameras. Or should every lens be sold with several focal lengths engraved on the barrel (in fact, many do!)?

If there were just 2 sensor sizes that could be used with a given lens, life would be simpler: but Canon has no 1,5x crop cameras in its line-up: there are full frame (1x), APS-C (1.6x) APS-H (1,3x)… Nikon have a full-frame sensor: their FX is fractionally smaller than a 35mm frame, and their DX has a 1.5x crop factor. How to compare the effect of placing the same lens on a different body? Picking one format and using a multiplier seems sensible enough to me.

On the question of consumer cameras ith fixed zoom lenses, and multiple senor sizes, it is even more useful to have a consistent terminology and why not keep the 35mm focal length equivalent as the measure? It hard to understand and offers a simple enough concept for beginners to comprehend.

you should check out the new Panasonic LUMIX 5K thats what im considering purchasing. it takes amazing pictures and has stellar features such as 10x zoom, lica lenses, 3inch display, free lense (so you wont have any blurry pictures) and when you put it on auto it makes any picture perrrrrfect. my aunt has one and her pictures are amazing! it runs for appx. $300. the 5K comes in black.. and the 5S comes in silver. also itis 9megapix

my sister has a Canon and its so-so.. not the greatest.

i have a sony cybershot and its no good.. it just died on me the other day (but this was one of the first cybershots so they have probably improved)

Like Charles said, the only real aversion to cloth diapers most people have is that gross to wash and change. definitely right about them being super bad for the environement. They take about 550 years to decompose, and if you recycle things like shower rings, you should definitely go for the cloth diapers. Especially since most are more gentle to baby skin than disposables.

Here's the difference, at least from my point of view.
I expect shenanigans from Democrats. They openly issues that are over the edge, shady, or not what the mainstream considers moral. They ideals that are clearly socialistic, which to most Americans is immoral in itself.
I expect that from the Republicans. They run on a ticket of moral values, which leads me to believe they are open and truthful. The recent domino effect of Republicans being caught it lies, homosexual situations, cheating on their spouses, or whatever, pretty much shows the Republican is just as corrupt as the Democratic if not more.
The news about Senator Craig is as mind blowing as a news story that would break about the pope being the leader of a satanic cult. The news about the Democrat would be as expected as a news story about Hugh Heffner getting caught naked in the middle of a parking lot in a limo full of naked women.
